Abbie Pond is located southeast of Twin Peaks near the Canadian border. It is a headwater pond to the Magalloway River drainage. It has no major inlet. Its outlet flows west into McKie Fork. The shoreline is undeveloped. Abbie Pond provides marginal habitat for brook trout. It is shallow and has a large population
of suckers, which compete for food and space.
Despite this limitation, a trout fishery is
maintained through shore spawning.
The pond is accessible only by private, gated roads. Abbie Pond is open to fishing with a fly fishing only restriction.
