Comment: I took up fresh water fishing mid-summer this year. I have thoroughly enjoyed it and i am targeting bass. All I have caught are smallies and my hope is to land a largemouth before the end of the fall season. The Presumpscot River is the only fishery that i have explored and I have to say there are some stellar views on this river. I have dragged my 14 year old daughter along with me but if I want to ensure we do catch "something" I will go to Mallison Dam. I am only able to do shore fishing as I do not own a boat so I am looking for good bass spots that are fishable from shore and I am open to other bodies of water aside from the Presumpscot.
