Hello, found this site while researching Carp locations in and near Maine. From UK, and love to Carp fish which i have not done since 2001. Been supplementing with Bass and Trout. Generally if i catch a sunfish or Hornpout i call it a day right there and then. I am not into fishing with Lures as it requires to much action constantly casting. Fishing for me is a sit down and relax sport. Cast a float with a worm and wait for the lunkers. I only wish we could ground bait/Feed the spot i am fishing with Maggots. I wish i could buy Maggots locally. I am about to start breeding them in bulk as i hear this is allowed in Merrymeeting Bay for the Carp
