Wilson Lake is located on Route 109 in Acton, ME - approximately 2 miles from the New Hampshire Border. The lake is 3 miles long by 2 miles wide, and full of bass and trout. The lake is clean, spring-fed fresh water and drinkable, but allows boating of all types, sailing, canoeing - in fact, all water sports. Home to at least one nest of loons each summer (loons typically have only one offspring per year, mate for life and return to the same nesting grounds perennially), the lake is surrounded by rolling hills, pine trees, birch trees and only about 100 camps.
